With over 50 years of experience, Avícola San Isidro is a proud family-owned Ecuadorian business in the poultry sector.
Our operations began in Quito, driven by a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products to the national market.
Our operations expanded to Isidro Ayora, where we set up our broiler farms, a key step in boosting our production capacity.
We launched our breeder farms in Manabí province, in the Puerto Cayo area, as part of our strategy to achieve full vertical integration and enhance production efficiency.
In line with our vision of growth and excellence, we strengthened our presence in Guayas province through the opening of new breeder farms in Pedro Carbo.
We made history with Ecuador’s first international export of chicken meat, a container with 28 tons shipped to the Bahamas, marking a significant milestone for the country’s poultry industry.
We inaugurated our new Poultry Processing Plant, the most modern in the South Pacific, with a processing capacity of 15,000 birds per hour.
Avícola San Isidro has established itself as a benchmark in the Ecuadorian poultry industry, driven by a firm commitment to innovation, animal welfare, and sustainability throughout its operations.
